Welcome to I Choose Change!  If you haven't already done so, take a look at our staff members so you can find a counselor who will best suit your needs. (Our Office Manager is also available to help by calling her at 214-547-1318).  Once you've made your decision, simply click on your counselor's name to schedule with them. 

Once scheduled, remember a few things:

  1. Download the new client paperwork by clicking here.  Bring that to your first appointment clicking here.  Bring that to your first session.
  2. If you'd like ICC to submit your out-of-network insurance claims for you, submit your insurance information by filling out the paperwork as well.
  3. We request a 24-hour cancellation or reschedule time, so that you aren't charged the full rate of your session.

One more thing...

If your fee is a hardship, please speak with the Office Manager and your counselor about sliding scale fee options AND the impact of insurance claims on your fee.
